Jim Howard is a retired music professor. His areas of expertise are jazz harmony, arranging, orchestration, film scoring. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, he taught at the Berklee College of Music specializing in developing rhythm sections, Mohawk College, McMaster University and Laurier University. Presently he holds the position of Executive Director of Musicfest Canada.
